The house

So here is a couple of pictures of the outside of the house that we just put an offer in on. We should hear back tomorrow morning...I am so excited. There are a few thing that need to be fixed on the outside, but the inside is move in ready. It has 3 bedrooms (1 non-egress in an unfinished basement), 1 bathroom and is 1768 sf. I will post pictures of the inside once we know the offer was accepted. If everything goes as planned, we will be moving in on February 15th. We will be crashing at my parents for two weeks while our stuff sits in storage...ugh! This is a picture of the side and the front. The front door is hidden behind the shrubs.
This is the side of the house, with a view of the two car garage. It sits on a coner lot and had a huge yard. I am so excited for Brinley to have a place to play and I don't have to worry about the yard not being fenced in or an extremely busy street.

Very cute. Fun to have your own place. A place to put your stamp on. Where is it and what ward would you be in?

Kim,
It's in the same ward as we are in now. It's just south of Millwood.
Betsie,
no Julie does not have a blog, but if you bug her about one too, then maybe she will do it.

Cute House Arah. I am so glad you found one in our ward. I hope you are able to get it.
I was going to call to see if Brinley could come play with Kaitlyn today, but she ended up with the flu. I'll try again when it leaves our house.

What a charming house! It reminds me of a large country cottage. You even got the white picket fence! Moving is a lot of work, but it's kind of fun to have a blank canvas to play with! Good luck with the offer!
