Last night, Matt and I talked about house colors that we liked. We have to paint the outside or the new house eventually and I found a website that you can pick a house that looks similar in style to yours and then pick out colors and then have fun playing with it.
We like something similar to this, but is it too dark?

what a cool way to pick a house color...you could paint your house the same as mine with a red door. It would look cute. It is a greenish grey. Actually on our "the replacement" post there is my house in the background. SO EXCITING!
I probably would pick the top one, but I like green too. The pink one is FABULOUS and Abby would be ready to move right in. Fun to be able to do such "grown up things!"

I am pretty sure that we are going with the gray one.
The middle one actually was a brownish yellow color and now looks more like baby poop, the more I look at it. That color is off the table.
I love the gray....maybe just a little lighter version?

I am sure there are more out there, but this was the first free one i came across.
I like the gray one, but I think it's a little dark, maybe a lighter gray perhaps?
Or it just might be my computer screen.
Give me a picture of the house, I can always photoshop it to get it the color you want (photoshop is so awesome, and I will keep swearing by it)
I'm not worried about it Kami, it's not the exact color we want anyway, it's just the options the website gave us. It just gives us an idea for a house color.
LOVE the red door. I want one too if we ever buy a house of our own. The gray is my favorite too...

I like the grey, especially if you went a little lighter but with black shutters. HOWEVER, I think the green that's got a touch of a gray in it is really fun. It looks awesome with the red door. My only concern is that in 5 years, would it be considered a fad of the past? Go with the gray or green...either way, I don't think you can lose! And stick with the red door--too cute!
When I lived in AZ, I knew an older couple who inherited his sister's house after her death. HE painted it pink. It became a landmark. Everyone in town from then on referred to as The Pink House. I'm with Brinley!! :)
Yeh I like Debbie's comment. Maybe you should just make a statement with the pink. I'll have to check that website out cause we're looking to paint our house also. Congratulations on the house. That's so exciting! We bought our house last March and I just love having my own place.
Do we get to vote? I like the yellow then the green. and I always wanted a red door, too. Not gonna happen for me though. :)
I love the green and Red. Two of my favorite colors. Kaitlyn loves the pink of course.
I def. love the gray with the red door. It is so cute!! The green is my second favorite and Katelyn totally chooses the barbie house! Tough pick. No, the gray is best!!!
